About the Author
Andrea Waggener is a book author, novelist, ghostwriter, essayist, short story writer, screenwriter, copywriter, editor, and poet. In a past she prefers not to remember much, she was a claims adjuster, JC Penny’s catalogue order-taker (before computers!), appellate court clerk, legal writing instructor, and lawyer.
Andrea writes (under the names Andrea Waggener and Andrea Rains Waggener) in genres that vary from her chicklit novel, Alternate Beauty, to her dog how-to book, Dog Parenting, to her self-help book, Healthy, Wealthy, & Wise, to horror co-written with Scott Cawthon, Five Nights At Freddy’s—Fazbear Frights #2: Fetch, Five Nights At Freddy’s—Fazbear Frights #3: 1:35 AM,, and Five Nights At Freddy’s—Fazbear Frights #4. Andrea is also a ghostwriter, writing both memoirs and fiction.
In addition to writing, Andrea helps her husband, who lives with the aftermath of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and dotes on her dog, a Springer spaniel with telepathic powers that get her too many treats. Andrea manages to find time for her knitting, art, and music projects as well. She lives with said husband and said dog on the Washington Coast, and if she isn’t at home creating something, she can be found walking on the beach.
