I am a Christian Wife & a Mother who loves to travel the world and read.
I have worked to change my narrative from victim of abuse to overcoming survivor. I was raised in two broken homes that resulted in a life filled with anger, bitterness, & pain. By God's grace and therapy, I have healed, overcome, & soared.
I am a certified Christian Life Coach, Mental Health Coach, educator, public speaker, and writer. My doctorate of Education is in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Christian Ministries.
Today I coach others on how to heal past their pain, combat negative thinking, and break the cycles of bondage through the use of Biblical application & faith building. I provide expertise & knowledge through Christian coaching, Mental Health Coaching, & virtual education. I train and certify future Christian life coaches on how to be effective change agents for Christ. Additionally, I speak at universities, shelters, churches, & social events. I have been a counselor, school teacher, & college professor.
I blend my knowledge of biblical application, mental health, & positive behavioral practices to educate & equip people to lead healthy lives. I work to help people develop spiritually, personally, professionally, and relationally.
On my free time, I use humor and creativity on social media to spread the Gospels of Jesus Christ.
