Pud: The Wannabe Cat

I am a Baby Boomer advocate through my website BONZA (Baby Boomers of NZ & Australia) which has been established for almost 20 years now and I have consistently advocated for Boomers in that time.
My background in this area is extensive as an author, website editor, public speaker, government advisor, event organiser, media advocate, and personal adviser.
In 1998 I was introduced to the Boomer problem whilst working as CEO of a company that employed only mature age. My research in those early days opened up the Boomer problem through reading the government Intergenerational Reports and the other plans for Ageing Australia. The predictions concerned me immensely and I felt strongly that there was little information out there to educate my fellow Boomers about the government's dire predictions for our future, particularly in health, wealth, and aged care.
Since then I have further developed a website to inform Boomers www.bonza.com.au, opened a Boomer-only Facebook page, founded a company in Christchurch for Boomers that employed several hundred in-home services, worked as a Personal Adviser for Centrelink to identify individual client problems and a plan for moving them forward as they age, organised a music festival for Boomers, developed Maturelink for the Federal Government which was to be a one-stop shop for mature age much like Medicare, presented PowerPoint presentations at community and government events on Ageing Australia and the negativity surrounding 5.5 million Australian Boomers ageing, researched a Bonza Report( can be downloaded from web site) for all tiers of government in 2014 and even demonstrated outside Federal Parliament in 2016 to highlight ageism and the need for mature age policies in the workplace.
I am in love with ‘my generation’ and I am most happy to assist them in any way to do a ‘mind switch’ and see ageing as an opportunity to use our skills to make it a rewarding time of our lives as we plan our social and economic participation. Have BONZA Life boomers.

Review: Pud: The Wannabe Cat is a delightful story from the imagination of author Brian Murphy. When Brian’s cat disappeared, the family was devastated and did everything they could to find out what happened to Pud.
The cat did eventually return home, much to the delight of his owners, and Brian created this story as a tribute to Pud, imagining what the cat must have endured during his time away from home.
I’m sure many readers have suffered a similar experience and can relate to Brian’s story. He has taken a traumatic event and used it to create this wonderful story including some hilarious cat humor.
