Sarah Kent is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach with 10 years of experience in nutrition, health and wellness. Sarah obtained her Bachelor's of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Master's of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama. She has over seven years of experience working with a bariatric surgery program certified as a Center of Excellence and she has a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Sarah also is an expert in nutrition for the treatment of symptoms of Parkinson's disease and has spoken nationally on this topic.
Sarah is passionate about helping people to make lifestyle changes especially with regard to food, nutrition and cooking. Although she has a clean approach to eating--Sarah emphasizes the importance of including favorite foods with a healthier twist as a part of a balanced lifestyle. Currently, she works as a dietitian and health coach in Milwaukee, WI where she lives with her husband, twins and their dog Ladis.
